To the Manager, We would like to tell you how helpful and flexible your kitchen staff was on Monday morning (21/3) when we arrived in the dining room for Breakfast to find that we weren't expected! Despite the fact that he had already taken the kitchen apart to clean it, he put it all back together again and got it ready especially to cook us the four of us a hot breakfast. Given that he was inconvenienced - he provided exceptional customer service and we would be grateful if you could thank him for us.
